Q2 housing prices in Lithuania grow 3.1 %

Housing prices in Lithuania have grown by 3.1% in the second quarter of this year, as compared with January-March. The rise continues for the second consecutive quarter, writes LETA/BNS.
The highest increase – 3.7% – was reported in prices for housing built in earlier years, while prices for new construction went up by 1.5 % from the first to the second quarter of 2016, Statistics Lithuania said.
Housing prices climbed by 3.4% in April-June year-on-year.
