Majority of real estate transactions in Baltic capitals registered in Vilnius

In 2014, the majority of real estate transactions in the Baltic capitals were registered in Vilnius, according to a market overview by the real estate company Ober-Haus, cites LETA.

A total of 9,773 real estate transactions were carried out in Vilnius last year. Riga registered 9,136 real estate transactions, Tallinn – 7,543.

 

Compared with 2007, the number of transactions in Vilnius has increased, in Tallinn and Riga – decreased.

 

Eight years ago, Riga registered a total of 9,152 transactions, Vilnius – 8,975, Tallinn – 7,770.
