Rigas udens bottled water to be called "Aqua Riga"

Kalnina did no reveal who will be in charge of the company's water production unit, but pointed out that, initially, it will be a representative of the company's board, writes LETA.
Rigas udens chairwoman previously mentioned that the water production unit will be headed by former Transport Minister Krisjanis Peters, who is experienced in international market operations.
Kalnina explained that a petition on the establishment of Rigas udens subsidiary was submitted to the Riga City Council this week. The municipality will review it on May 28. If Rigas udens receives the go-ahead, the subsidiary will be established in July. The production process could start at the end of the year.
Rigas udens plans to sell "Aqua Riga" in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Belarus, Russia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
