Kreenholm went bankrupt in November 2010 and there were several failed attempts to sell the company’s property, mainly equipment, for an initial price of 4.5 million EUR, informs LETA.
Since the transaction has not yet taken place, bankruptcy governor and owner of the company do not wish to speak about the possible new purchase sum or the future of Kreenholm.
New Krenholm Holding OÜ was registered on August 1 this year and has share capital of 2,500 EUR. It belongs to Vadim Shabarov and Ivo Saluoks, who were in the board of Norby Telecom that went bankrupt in 2010.
