Contractor Ravis registers Skonto Group

Print versionConstruction Industry Investments, a Malta-registered company the beneficial owner of which is Latvian contractor Guntis Ravis, registered Skonto Group in Latvia on December 21, according to information available from Lursoft business database writes LETA.

The share capital of the new enterprise, registered in Riga, is EUR 50,000.
Ravis has become the sole member of the Skonto Group board.
According to information on the group’s website, Skonto Group provides turnkey solutions in the construction industry. Skonto is a Latvia-based group of nine companies designing and constructing public, residential and infrastructure buildings all over the world. The group’s annual turnover exceeds EUR 250 mln and it employs over 1,500 people.
Skonto Group comprises the following companies: Skonto Buve, Skonto Plan, Skonto Prefab, Skonto Construction Products, SBC Construction, Latvijas Energoceltnieks, Skonto Cross Timber Systems, Forta Modular and Forta Medical.
Earlier, Ravis told LETA that the group’s consolidated turnover for 2019 is projected at an estimated EUR 300 mln, with operations on foreign markets expected to generate more than half of that amount
