RFF pharmaceutical company acquires owner of Jonax brand

Thus, Jonnex-Farma has become RFF subsidiary. The sum of the deal is not disclosed.
Balins said that Jonax products have gained popularity among customers, the brand continues its development, offering different product lines. Jonnex-Farma will gain additional stability for long-term development.
Balins will become the board chairman in Jonnex-Farma, replacing Irina Komarnicka.
According to Firmas.lv business database, Jonex-Farma last year posted EUR 1.472 million in turnover, while its profit was EUR 602,964. The company was registered in 2002 and has a share capital of EUR 102,840. So far the company belonged to Romian MT.
RFF last year posted EUR 3.326 million in sales, and its profit was EUR 448,598. The company' s registered capital is EUR 2,930,200, and its sole owner is Repharm holding.
