Since May this year Hendrikson & Ko is a part of DGE Group, which adheres to the same Nordic business ethics and mentality, the company said. Unification with a larger international network strengthens the team of Hendrikson & Ko for better serving customers in Estonia and intensifying exports, the company said.

As before, environmental management, spatial planning and project management in planning remain the core business areas of Hendrikson & Ko. Additions to the circle of owners of Hendrikson & Ko will enable the company to further develop its services.

Headquartered in Denmark, DGE has offices in Sweden, Norway, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

The main shareholders of Hendrikson & Ko OU will stay on as co-owners of the company, which will retain Hendrikson & Ko as its business name.

Hendrikson & Ko employed a workforce of 26 on the average in 2015 and finished the year with a loss of 100,000 euros on sales of 1.3 mln euros.
