Sales of Adidas Baltics grow to EUR 18.5 mln

Print versionSales of the Latvia-based Adidas Baltics SIA, retailer and distributor of mainly Adidas and Reebok products in the Baltic states, increased by 2% to 18.5 mln euros and its profit by 47% to 344,368 euros in 2015.

Sales in Estonia decreased 5.6% to around 5 mln euros, while sales in Latvia increased 4.6% to 4.7 mln euros and in Lithuania 5.5% to 8.8 mln euros, it can be seen from the annual report.
The company's average workforce last year totaled 17 people in Estonia, 19 people in Latvia and 29 people in Lithuania.
Based on an analysis drawn up in 2015 the company decided to close its store in the southern Estonian city of Tartu to optimize its operations. At the same time the company opened its first HomeCourt interactive concept store in Eastern Europe in Riga. As a result the company had 10 franchise stores in the Baltic countries at the end of the year.
