Revenues of Tele2 Lithuania grew by 5% in Q3

Revenues of the mobile operator Tele2 Lithuania went up by 5% year-on-year to SEK 231 million (EUR 25 million) in the third quarter of the year 2014, reports LETA/ELTA.

The company's EBITDA increased to SEK 143 million (EUR 15.5 million) from SEK 109 million (EUR 11.8 million). The EBITDA margin went up by 5 percentage points to 38% due to cutting measures.

 

Faced with intensified price pressure from competition, Tele2 Lithuania plans to further improve customer retention. Tele2 Lithuania continued to improve its mobile network and started to introduce LTE services, in response to increasing customer demand for mobile data, telecompaper.com said.
