Lithuanian Apranga’s retail turnover grew by 15% in August y-o-y

The retail turnover (including VAT) of the Apranga Group, a group of apparel retail companies, amounted to LTL 67.8 million (EUR 19.6 million) in August 2014, and has increased 15.0% in comparison to August 2013. This is a record monthly turnover of Apranga Group in history, informed LETA/ELTA the company.

In January through August 2014, the retail turnover of Apranga Group (including VAT) reached LTL 399.3 million (EUR 115.7 million), and increased 10.0% year-to-year.

 

In January-August 2014, the retail turnover of the Apranga Group in Lithuania increased 5.0% year-to-year, in Latvia increased 17.6% and in Estonia 19.6%.

 

Currently Apranga Group operates the chain of 158 stores covering an area of 71.7 thousand sq. m. Stores area increased by 5.1% during the year.

 

Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
