In Estonia Omniva expands parcel terminal network by a quarter

BC, Tallinn, 23.07.2014.Print version
Estonian state-owned postal company Omniva, formerly called Eesti Post, will expand its parcel terminal network in Estonia by a quarter, Äripäev Online cites the company, reports LETA.

"We see that e-commerce volumes are constantly increasing, and people use parcel terminals more and more," explained board member of Omniva Ansi Arumeel.

Arumeel says that Omniva parcel terminals are a part of its strategy of providing customers with more ways to send and receive shipments at the time, place and way suitable for them.

Thus parcels can be sent and received via a parcel terminal, courier or post office, and all of these channels can be combined.

After the expansion, Omniva will have 181 parcel terminals in the Baltic countries, of which 98 are located in Estonia.
