Jysk profits again; turns over EUR 30 mln in Latvia in 2013

In 2013, the turnover has increased by 7%, as compared to 2012, but the profit amounted EUR 1.6 million, which allowed Jysk Linnen’n Furniture to compensate the losses company suffered in 2012.
According to Jysk Linnen’n Furniture management report, last year was concluded with stable financial indicators, but the company's main goal was to maintain an increase in turnover and profit.
In the next two years, Jysk Linnen’n Furniture plans to invest about EUR 0.5 million in development, the company's leader in Baltics, Dace Zundure told the business portal Nozare.lv.
In 2013, the company invested about EUR 150,000 in Latvia, and opened a new outlet at "Spice Home" superstore.
Jysk Linnen’n Furniture registered a stable 7% increase of turnover in Latvia, 15% – in the Baltic States. The company operated with success both during summer and Christmas, when sales increased by 15%, as compared to last year.
Jysk is an international outlet network retailing household goods.
