Print versionTallinn City Council approved the detailed planning of a district Ojsmae in Haabersti, Tallinn, according to which a quarter of modern high-rises will be built, reports LETA, referring to the City of Tallinn.

A set of six high-rises is expected to be constructed on the plot with the square area 6.6 ha, the buildings will have from 15 to 30 storeys.
All available now in these places buildings will be preserved. But the current parking will disappear.
Around the building smaller constructions will be placed in order to prevent the wind. On the roofs of garages planned landscaping and turning them into recreational with benches, chairs and even a canopy under which you can sit on a picnic and barbecue facilities. There are also playgrounds and sports grounds and attractions.
