In December 2013, the number of the sold real estate objects was higher than in November 2013; however, the most significant increase was recorded in the land market.

Based on the provisional data, the number of the transferred land reached 9994. There is no doubt that, having summarized the results of December, the number of the transferred land will exceed 10 thousand. Such an activity in the sphere of land sales was influenced by the active sales of state's land in 2013.

Up to now, the record number of the transferred land was fixed in May 2007 (7154).

Based on the provisional data, 123 thousand of real estate objects were sold in Lithuania in 2013 and this was 21.8% more, as compared to 2012.

As compared to the previous year, the most significant increase was registered in the sales of the apartment-blocks (24.8%) and land (24.7%).
