Number of real-estate transactions in Latvia has increased by 11.1% in 11 months

Print versionIn the first 11 months of the year 2013, compared to the same period last year, the number of real-estate transactions in Latvia has increased by 11.1%, according to the analysis of Land Register data conducted by real estate company Latio, cites LETA/Nozare.lv.

The number of apartment transactions grew 20.9%, while the number of transactions involving private houses – 12.9%.
The number of housing purchases in Riga in the first 11 months this year was 18.5% higher than in the same period last year, Latio informs.
The number of apartment purchases in Riga increased 18.1% and the number of home purchases grew 22%.
