Swedbank is the most loved financial sector brand in the Baltics

Print versionSwedbank has been named as the 6th Most Loved Brand in all three Baltic countries individually – Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, and ranked on the 5th place as the most loved financial institution in the Baltic States, following global brands like Google, Skype, Nokia and Facebook, Swedbank said in a statement, cites LETA.

Swedbank is also the only bank in the TOP 30, followed by SEB in 33rd place.
Birgitte Bonnesen, Head of Baltic Banking, says: "This award comes as a clear proof of how highly our clients value our efforts in serving them in the right way. Swedbank is a brand that is not only reputable, but also emotionally engaging to be actually called 'loved'. This recognition is achieved by the teamwork accross the whole Baltic Banking organization involving virtually each and every colleague – from client-facing to support units. It is our common achievement."
The Most Loved Brand list is organized annually by advertising agency DDB in collaboration with the research company GfK Custom Research Baltic and business magazine Capital.
