Merko to build the spa-center in Narva-Jõesuu

The hotel Noorus should be built in May next year.
The value of the agreement totals 12.756 million euros.
The hotel and recreational aquatic center (gross area of 15,316 square meters altogether) will be designed and built on a seaside plot in Narva-Jõesuu, the hotel will have 115 rooms for guests, a reception and lobby bar, conference center, restaurant, bowling alley, aquatic center and sauna center, VIP spa area, spa for health treatments, beautician, children’s centre and sports facility, Estonian construction company Merko Ehitus, the subsidiary of which Merko Ehitus Eesti is responsible for the building works, said in a statement.
The hotel consisting of a renovated part and a newly built addition will have seven storeys and the completely new building enclosing the spa will have four storeys.
The hotel and spa will be connected by a two-storey-high gallery.
