Print versionJoint-stock dairy company Smiltenes piens increased its turnover by 26.5% in 2011 to LVL 7.05 million, according to information at Firmas.lv.

In 2010, the company achieved LVL 5.57 million in turnover.
Smiltenes piens operated with LVL 116,390 in profit last year, compared to losses of LVL 693 in 2010, writes LETA.
Smiltenes piens was established in 1912. The company sells its dairy products in Latvia, as well as exports its products to such countries as Russia, Estonia, Germany, Israel and the United States.
