One of the leaders on the Central and Northern European sustainable development market has launched a 200-million-euro development campus called Oxford Park, which it touts as the biggest in Europe. Oxford Park will be located in a naturally scenic 56-hectare tract between Tallinn and Rapla, in Juuru municipality.

The developer says it is 30 minutes from Tallinn during rush hour. The site was designed by Italian architect Francesco de Luca and it will be home to 350 families who can choose from a number of environments – row houses, detached houses, duplexes and three-family homes, writes LETA.

"Oxford Park is a carefully planned, sustainable community that will see quiet, organic and natural development in the next ten years along with its inhabitants and companies," said chairman of the Oxford Sustainable Group management board Hadley Barrett.
