Shopping mall Dole acquired by Premier Estates LTD

Premier Estates LTD, a company associated with restaurant chain McDonald's, has acquired Tirdzniecibas Centrs Dole, the sole owner and developer of the Dole shopping mall in Riga, according to Lursoft data writes LETA/BNS.

McDonald's restaurants in Latvia are run by Premier Restaurants Latvia, a sister company of Premier Estates LTD, according to the company's last annual report. Maltese citizen Carmelo Hili, CEO at Premier Restaurants Latvia, is the true beneficiary at Tirdzniecibas Centrs Dole.


A new board has been appointed for Tirdzniecibas Centrs Dole following the transaction, made up of Hili, Maltese citizen Richard Abdilla Castillo, and Sandra Murniece.


Previously Norwegian company AMD Holding was the sole owner of Tirdzniecibas Centrs Dole.


Murniece told LETA that Premier Estates LTD had acquired Tidzdniecibas Centrs Dole with the aim of increasing Premier Estates LTD's real estate portfolio, and that the company was planning to expand the range of services provided by Dole shopping mall.


Murniece declined to reveal the price paid for acquiring Tirdzniecibas Centrs Dole.
