Workland opens its second fully serviced business centre and coworking space in Vilnius

Workland Group, with its fully serviced offices and coworking spaces throughout the Baltic States, is finalizing the construction of their second centre in Lithuanian capital. Workland Didžioji, located in a historic building in Old Town Vilnius, is opening its doors in January 2019. The presales process has started and first contracts are being signed, informed Workland Lithuania representative.

Workland has offered fully serviced offices since 2016. In summer 2018 Workland to extend their concept and opened its first coworking centre Workland Vabaduse which is situated in Old Town Tallinn, right next to the Freedom Square. Workland Didžioji will be the first coworking centre for Workland in Lithuania. With the new coworking concept, Workland targets even wider audience by offering , in addition to private office solutions, workstations in the open coworking areas.


“New generation that is entering the workforce is causing the office space market to change – the need for flexible and inspiring workstations is growing rapidly and we are determined to meet the demand. Currently, we have four successfully operating business across Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius and have confirmed the investments for 4.5 m euros across the Baltic States with the goal to have 10 business centres by the year 2020. All our new centres will offer both private and coworking offices with the emphasis on building the community within and between our centres,” says the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Workland Group Indrek Hääl.

 

Workland Didžioji will be strategically located in a historical building on Didžioji Street which throughout the history has served as a bank and a cinema. With close to 1300 m2, it will offer fully-serviced private offices, meeting rooms and a coworking area which will be located in an architecturally unique room with 7 m high ceilings and 6 m high windows. “The signing of the rental agreements has started, the official opening is planned for January”, said Laura Panoviene, Centre Manager of Workland Lithuania.


Workland is a fully serviced offices and coworking space operator, established in 2016, with centres located in Vilnius (Gedimino 20 and Didžioji 18), Tallinn (Hobujaama 4 and Pärnu mnt 12) and Riga (Krišjāņa Valdemāra 21-20) and expanding rapidly.
