Hotel Relais le Chevalier to open in Riga

He said that the hotel has been operating in a test mode already since July but that the official opening ceremony is scheduled for next Thursday, November 9.
Asked about the hotel's operations so far, Nahmans said that interest from clients has been strong and that Relais le Chevalier has been receiving guests not only from Latvia but also from foreign countries like Brazil, China, Japan and Russia, among others.
Nahmans, however, declined to comment on the size of investments made in the new hotel and the length of the project.
The hotel has 23 apartments and a conference hall on the sixth floor.
According to information available at Firmas.lv, Relais le Chevalier belongs to Kalku 20, a company established in 2008. The company's sole owner is the Swiss-registered company Cormela SA.
Kalku 20 posted a EUR 153,067 loss on EUR 47,852 turnover for 2016.
