Baltic sales of Apranga grew by 3.6% in 9 months

Sales of the listed Lithuanian clothing company Apranga Group on the Estonian market increased 8% on year in the first nine months of 2017. The group's retail sales in the three Baltic countries totaled 159.4 million euros in the nine-month period, which represents an increase of 3.6% over the year, informs LETA/BNS.

In September sales totaled 20.2 million euros, increasing by 6.1% compared to September 2016, the company told the stock exchange.


In the third quarter sales grew 1.1% year-on-year to 60.1 million euros.


In the first three quarters of the year the group's sales have grown 2.9% on year in Lithuania, 2.2% in Latvia and 8% in Estonia.


At the end of November Apranga had 182 stores - 106 in Lithuania, 47 in Latvia and 29 in Estonia. The total area of the stores was 84,600 square meters, 3% more than a year earlier.


Apranga represents brands like Zara, Emporio Armani, Burberry, Hugo Boss, Aldo, Armani Jeans, Bershka, Karen Millen, Mango, Marella, Massimo Dutti, Nude, Promod, Pull&Bear and Stradivarius in Estonia.
