New Yorker Latvija makes EUR 1.65 profit in 2016

Print versionNew Yorker Latvija clothing retailer closed 2016 with EUR 9.073 million in turnover, up 13.5% from 2015, while the company’s profit grew 29.7% to EUR 1.65 million, writes LETA, according to information available at Firmas.lv.

The company’s management said in the report that last year New Yorker Latvija continued successful
development, paying special attention to strengthening the New Yorker brand on
the Latvian market.
At the end of 2016, the company operated five New Yorker stores in Riga,
Valmiera and Liepaja.
In 2017, the company’s management plans to increase sales and the number of
employees.
In 2015, New Yorker Latvija
generated EUR 1.272 million in profit on a turnover of EUR 7.997 million.
New Yorker Latvija launched operations in 2006. The company belongs to Germany’s New Yorker Retail International GmbH.
