Tallinn apartment prices up 5.7% on year

Print versionThe price per square meter of apartments in Tallinn rose 5.7 % year on year in May to an average of 1,664.38 euros, figures available from the Estonian Land Board show LETA/BNS.

During the month 848 apartments in Tallinn changed hands and
the combined value of the transactions was 81.8 mln euros. In the same month
last year transactions numbered 797 and their total value was 71 mln euros.
The median price of Tallinn apartments was 1,612.72 euros,
6.3% higher than in May 2016.
Apartment prices elsewhere in Estonia declined 3.6% year
over year to 646.22 euros per square meter.
In April the average price of apartments in Tallinn was
1,660 euros and of apartments outside Tallinn 687 euros per square meter.
