Sweden's East Capital Explorer buys Vertas office building in Vilnius for EUR 29 mln

Print versionSweden's investment company East Capital Explorer, which operates office complex 3 Bures in Vilnius, has purchased Vertas office building that accommodates Citco, Delfi, Handelsbanken and the European Social Fund Agency, reports LETA/BNS.

The building was sold by international investment company Partners Group and Denmark's Northern Horizon Capital, with the contract signed with Laurus company operated by the Danish enterprise, East Capital Explorer said.
According to the statement, the deal is estimated at 29 mln euros, which accounts for about 6.5% of the profit rate of the office building. The deal should be finalized this summer.
The 15-floor Vertas building was constructed in 2007, including rented area of 9,400 square meters.
