Telegraaf will become a member of Autograph Collection Hotels in summer 2017 after Telegraaf has been fully integrated to Marriott’s sales and reservation system.

According to one of the owners of Hotel Telegraaf Tarmo Sumberg, Marriott’s entry is a sign of Estonian hotel market maturity. „Although our hotel market is quite developed, the arrival of the world’s largest hotel company is an important milestone. Estonia will now become more visible to more than 85 million regular customers of Marriott, which will significantly contribute to Estonian tourism numbers and reputation,“ said Sumberg.

„Telegraaf will be a part of Marriott’s global network, which according to the agreement means support in particular in the fields of marketing, distribution and sales. Ownership and daily management of Telegraaf will continue as before,“ added Sumberg.

Hotel Telegraaf is a 5 star luxury hotel in Tallinn, located in the medieval Old Town next to the Town Hall Squre. Building of the hotel was built already in 1878 as a bank and later as an exchange station for the Estonian Telegraph company. Hotel Telegraaf opened its doors in 2007.
