As the survey took place at the time when health minister Guntis Belevics (Greens/Farmers) stepped down, business representatives were not asked to assess performance of the health minister.

The LTRK board member Katrina Zarina said that in the past months a dialogue between the government and business organizations has improved and business representatives have appreciated this which can be seen in better assessment of the work of ministers.

The LTRK polled 139 business executives across Latvia in mid June. The services sector, manufacturing industry and trade were almost equally represented in the poll. Most of the respondents were managers of limited liability companies employing up to 50 people.
