Lithuania's wood group VMG expands in Belarus

Print versionLithuania's wood processing and furniture production group VMG is planning to expand its operations in Belarus, the business daily Verslo Zinios reported on November 6th, cites LETA/BNS.

"We have a 60,000-square-meter facility in Belarus. Since we are doing very well, we have plans to double that to 120,000 square meters," Viktoras Adomaitis, the group's CEO, told the paper.
"We will increase our furniture production capacity, because today we process only a half of the boards we manufacture and we want to process 100 percent of them," he said.
VMG Industry, a company of VMG, operates in the Mogilev free economic zone.
