Nordecon to build new Arsenal shopping centre in Tallinn

The exchange-traded company Nordecon concluded a contract for building the Arsenal Centre in North Tallinn, writes LETA/Äripäev.ee.

The cost of the construction works on the shopping centre and office building erected of red bricks that is from the era before the first period of independence is approximately seven million euros.

 

“It is a pleasure to announce a new large-scale construction contract, as a result of which a district of Tallinn with a great potential for development will get new high-quality retail and service spaces,” said Avo Ambur, member of the Management Board of Nordecon. He added that the external side of the existing buildings will be renovated, and the historic facades that will remain in the interior of the centre will also be repaired.

 

CEO of Arsenal CentreAadu Oja said that in the first stage of the development of Arsenal Centre, nearly 15,000 square metres of office space and commercial space will be created, and according to current plan s, they will be leased out to 35 stores and service providers, and five cafés and restaurants.
