Turnover of "Galactico" shopping centers in Riga grew by 4% in 2014

The total turnover of "Galactico" shopping malls in Riga – "Alfa", "Mols", "Dole", "Origo", and "Galerija Centrs" – run by the shopping center developer Linstow Center Management, increased by 4% in 2014 as compared to 2013, Linstow Center Management spokeswoman Evija Majevska informed LETA.

Linstow Center Management declined to reveal the exact turnover of all the shopping malls it runs.

 

""Alfa" registered especially high indicators in 2014, as its turnover increased 7%. "Mols" registered similar results – a 6% increase in turnover," Majevska said.

 

The number of customers at "Galactico" shopping centers in 2014 was the same as in 2013. Several malls, however, registered a slight increase in the number of purchases.

 

In 2014, the average sum of one purchase increased 5% from 2013. "Alfa" registered the best indicator in regard to the average sum of one purchase – 6% increase, followed by "Origo" – 5% increase, whereas "Galerija Centrs", "Mols", and "Dole" achieved 3% increase each.

 

In 2013, Linstow Center Management operated with a turnover of EUR 3 million, and suffered losses in the amount of EUR 106,637, according to information provided by "Firmas.lv".

Linstow Center Management sole owner is Norway-registered Linstow.
