"White Night 2014" festival in Riga gathers numerous international artists

The first events of "White Night 2014" will be open on Saturday, September 6, at 11 a.m., while the remaining ones will continue until 5 a.m. Sunday.
Those who plan to attend the "White Night" festival in Riga, will be able to find out new unusual places of culture events. These include a concert hall in the Latvian Academy of Sciences, former textile factory "Bolshevichka", the new Latvian National Library building, Daugavgriva fortress, and the closed meat pavilion of the Vidzeme Market, as well as a kindergarten and a school.
This year, the "White Night" festival offers a wide program of internationally acclaimed artists. One of the most important events will be Julija Stoseka's video exhibition "High Performance". The exhibition will be open until September 26, whereas only during the "White Night" festival visitors will have a chance to enjoy a performance by the Korean artist Eunhye Hwang and Italian Nico Vascellari.
