Lithuania's Co Lietuvos Draudimas incurs loss due to stormy weather

Print versionThe biggest insurance company in Lithuania Lietuvos Draudimas estimated that, due to the stormy weather in Lithuania, the company lost LTL 700 thousand (EUR 202 thousand), reported LETA/ELTA.

According to the Lietuvos Draudimas, the storm and the hail were responsible for the major part of the losses.
The average registered sum of the money for the loss reached LTL 1600 (EUR 463).
The storm on Friday struck the western part of the country, while the storm on Sunday - Vilnius city, Trakai and the southeast part of the country.
