Print versionIceland"s financial brokerage company Spron will purchase a holding of 51% in the Lithuanian financial brokerage company Finhill. It is currently owned by the investment company ZIA Valda.

The Lithuanian Securities Commission considered the Icelanders" application and decided that due to the change in the shareholders of Finhill transparent and trustworthy management of the brokerage company will be ensured, therefore the application of Spron was satisfied.
