Print versionEften Kinnisvarafond AS is planning to pay out 4.5 mln euros in net dividend to shareholders for 2016, reports LETA/BNS

The size of the distributable profit as at Dec. 31, 2016 was
46.1 mln euros, of which 4.5 mln euros will be paid out as dividend, 721,000
euros transferred to the reserve and 40.1 mln euros added to retained earnings
of previous periods, fund manager Eften
Capital said.
The annual general meeting of shareholders of Eften
Kinnisvarafond AS is to be held on April 13.
