Shares of Latvijas Tilti construction company to be delisted from bourse

The shares of Latvijas Tilti construction company will be delisted from the Riga bourse, according to the company’s statement to the Nasdaq Riga stock exchange.

The company’s shareholders at an extraordinary meeting on October 19 will make a decision on exclusion of Latvijas Tilti public turnover shares from the regulated market.


Latvijas Tilti shares are quoted on the Secondary List of the Riga bourse. The company’s largest owner is the Latvijas Novitates Komplekss (LNK) group. Latvijas Tilti, established in 1942, builds and repairs bridges as well as manufactures and installs metal structures.


In 2015 Latvijas Tilti earned EUR 69,600 in profit at a more than triple growth from EUR 20,591 profit in 2014. The company’s turnover last year was EUR 15.47 mln or by 49% less than the 2014 turnover of EUR 31.564 mln.
