57% of young persons believe that a monthly salary of at least EUR 800 is adequate for their knowledge and skill level

57 % of young persons in Latvia believe that a monthly salary of at least EUR 800 is adequate for their knowledge and skill level, according to a SEB Banka survey.

At the same time, 32% of young persons believe that a monthly salary between EUR 801 to 1,000 per month is adequate for their knowledge and skill level, but another 25% - over 1,000 per month.

 

Furthermore, 29% of young persons believe that a monthly salary of EUR 501 to 800 per month is adequate, while 13% would be prepared to work for a monthly salary between EUR 301 to 500 per month.

 

Of the young persons surveyed by SEB Bank, 36% of them received a monthly salary of between 501 to 800 per months, 19% received a salary of over EUR 800 per month, 29% had a monthly salary between EUR 301 and 500 per months, while 16% earned less than EUR 300 per month.

 

400 young persons between the ages of 18 to 25 participate in this survey.
