Total tax debt at EUR 1.449 billion in July in Latvia

Print version The total amount of tax debts to Latvia's budget amounted to EUR 1.449 billion as of July 1, including EUR 962.94 million to the state budget, EUR 316.98 million to local government budgets and EUR 169.586 million in unpaid social insurance contributions, according to the State Revenue Service's data reports LETA.

Current debts constitute EUR 1.058 billion, cancelled debts (with the Revenue Service no longer calculating interest) - EUR 319.598 million.
The Revenue Service has also granted repayment extensions to EUR 72.225 million worth of debts.
