Rietumu banka Concern looked at record profit in 2014

Print versionThe year 2014 was a record-breaking one for the JS Rietumu banka Concern as it earned EUR 74.1 million. This according to the bank's audited Financial Report, cites LETA.

The Concern's capital gains indicator (post-taxes) was 23.7% (24.3% in 2013), but gains on assets (post-taxes) were 2.3% (2.4% in 2013).
Operational earnings reached EUR 154.6 million, or 10.3% more than in 2013. Net percentage revenue was EUR 76.9 million last year, compared to 66.5 million in 2013. This primarily due to higher interest rates on commercial credit.
Assets for Rietumu banka Concern as of December 31, 2014 totaled a hefty EUR 3.47 billion – an 18.8% increase over the year 2013.
