Rigas siltums achieves record turnover in 2013 – EUR 217.28 mln

Print versionThe joint-stock heat supply company Rigas siltums saw a 14% increase in turnover in 2013, thus achieving record turnover of EUR 271.28 million, according to Firmas.lv, cites LETA/Nozare.lv.

In 2012, the company achieved EUR 189.4 million in turnover.
Meanwhile, the company also posted a 41% increase in profit last year – from EUR 5.15 million in 2012, to EUR 7.27 million in 2013.
Rigas siltums is one of the key heat suppliers in Riga; the company's line is heat production and distribution, as well as technical maintenance of heating systems in buildings.
The Riga City Council owns 49% of Rigas siltums shares, the state – 48.995%, Dalkia – 2%, Latvenergo – 2%.
