Skano finalizes sale of Ukrainian retail subsidiary

Print versionThe listed Estonian furniture and fiberboard maker Skano Group announced on Friday that it has finalized the sale of its Ukrainian retail subsidiary TOV Skano Ukraina to a company with Estonian capital operating in Ukraine, writes LETA/BNS.

At the same time, Skano has concluded a distribution
agreement with the buyer granting them the right to sell Skano furniture in the
Ukrainian market, Skano told the stock exchange.
The new owner is planning to open more stores across
Ukraine, first and foremost in the largest cities Kiev, Odessa and Lvov.
