Estonian PM Ansip with business delegation visits Morocco

Estonian prime minister Andrus Ansip, accompanied by a business delegation, will go on a visit to Morocco on Monday to forge closer economic relations and cooperation in energy sphere between the two states, LETA/Äripäev.ee reports.

Ansip will have meetings with his Moroccan counterpart Abbas El Fassi, energy, mining, water and environment minister Amina Benkhadra, trade, industry and new technologies minister Ahmed Cham and foreign trade minister Abdellatif Maazouz.

 

Benkhadra and Eesti Energia board chairman Sandor Liive will sign on Tuesday a joint intentions protocol on oil shale energy.

 

The business delegation includes 14 people: Aivar Reivik (Volta AS), Sandor Liive, Harri Mikk ja Alo Kelder (Eesti Energia AS), Margus Reinsalu (KC Grupp), Oliver Tiidus ja Mihkel Tikk (eGovernance Laboratory), Ken Koort (Panaviatic AS), Alvaro Hidalgo (Enefit), Kristjan Haavik (Mindware OÜ), Raul Rikk (Trustcorp OÜ), Indrek Väli (Mikskaar AS), Tiit Vapper (Real Systems) and Siim Raie (Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry).

 

On Wednesday, the prime minister will open a business seminar.
