Lithuania's used car market down 22.8%

Almost 99,000 newly-imported used cars were registered in Lithuania January-August, down 22.8% from in January-June last year.

The average age of such cars was around 11.1 years, AutoTyrimai company said, citing data from the state car registration company Regitra.
The share of diesel-fueled cars was 66.3%, down from 70.5% y-o-y.
This year, 147,700 used cars have been reregistered after change of ownership, which is a decrease of 10.8% from January-June, 2019. The average age of such vehicles was 14.8 years.
