Estonian regulator: restrictions on pharmacies have undermined competition
The Competition Authority in Estonia has recommended to revise and repeal a requirement whereby pharmacies can be owned in Estonia only by dispensing chemists and wholesalers of medicines must not be linked to the ownership of pharmacies, finding that the restrictions have undermined competition instead of enhancing it, informs LETA/BNS.
