Chancellor of the Ministry of Health in Lithuania Rimantas Remeika asks the Government to evaluate the acquisition of linear accelerator Clinac 600C/D by Institute of Oncology of Vilnius University (VUOI) and take immediate action to return the Public Investment Programme (VIP) funds allocated to VUOI – 1 million litas (0.28 euros) – to the state budget.

Sales of Lithuanian Utenos Trikotazas group down by 36.5% in Q4 of 2009

Sales of Lithuanian textile company Utenos Trikotazas amounted to 13.2 million litas (3.819 million Euros) in the fourth quarter of 2009, which mean a decrease of 39.8% year-on-year.
