Print versionOwner of large share of Estonian developer Arco Vara, Toletum and HM Investeeringute claims 600,000 kroons from Indrek Porila, the former Head of Latvian subsidiary of Arco Vara, for filing a claim in court against Arco Vara to declare the company bankrupt, informs LETA referring to BBN.

Porila left the building company over a year ago.
Toletum and HM Investeeringute filed the claim against Porila on January 22 due to his claims against Arco Vara.
"Arco Vara is a liquid and solvent company," the company commented the issue.
