Latvian Education Ministry: there cannot be schools financed by Russia
No Russian Federation-financed schools can be established in Latvia, as it would be impossible to receive all of the necessary licenses and permits to do so, the Ministry of Education and Science informed LETA, in regard to Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov's proposal about Russian schools in the Baltic States.
