According to the company, Kodumaja builds the project together with companies Artec Prosjekt Team AS, Sweco AS, Moelven Limtre AS and Strand AS. Kodumaja's Marketing and Sales Director Andrus Leppik said that they reached the deal thanks to the experiences the company has had so far, and the company's well-known name.

Leppik said that Kodumaja will build the so-called backbone of the 14-floor building, i.e. 62 apartments together with corridors, where the Estonian company's work volume will be nearly 4,500 square meters. Leppik did not reveal the price of the transaction or the whole project.

Kodumaja launches production late summer and will deliver the first third of apartments in autumn. The 51-metres tall building should be completed by Christmas next year.

Kodumaja AS, which builds houses from modules prefabricated in its factory, earned 6.8 mln euros of operating profit on 52.2 million euro turnover last year.
