Covid-19: Finland recommends to suspend ticketing to ship passengers until May 13

The Finnish government announced on Tuesday that it recommends for shipping companies to suspend the sale of tickets to passengers from Finland to Sweden, Estonia and Germany from April 11, writes LETA/BNS-STT.

The recommendation is to remain in effect until May 13 and does not concern freight transport.
Passenger transport by ship still remains available from Aland Islands to mainland Finland. Also permitted is essential and justifiable air traffic to Mariehamn from Stockholm, Helsinki and Turku.
