London, Moscow, and Oslo were the most popular destinations from Riga airport in the first eight months of this year, according to information published by the airport LETA writes.

In the first eight months of this year, Riga airport served 1.698 mln passengers, down 67.5% from a year ago.
Of all passengers, 151,166 or 8.9% flew to London, 132,483 passengers or 7.8% went to Moscow, 100,211 or 5.9% to Oslo, 79,829 passengers or 4.7% went to Helsinki, 78,131 passengers or 4.6% - to Frankfurt, 67,940 passengers or 4% went to Tallin and Berlin, 57,749 passengers or 3.4% went to Vilnius, 49,356 passengers or 2.9% went to Amsterdam, and 47,558 passengers or 2.8% went to Dublin.
In the first eight months of 2020, the airport served 25,613 flights, down 56.1% y-o-y.
Last year the airport served 7.798 mln passengers, growing 10.5% from 2018.
International airport Riga is the largest air hub in the Baltic states.
